These Terms govern your use of digitalmotionlabs.com and the WhatsApp Business assistant at +1 937-884-3174 (the "Assistant"), operated by Digital Motion Labs, LLC, a Delaware LLC ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Informational purpose
The website and the Assistant provide general information about our services. Nothing they say is professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
2. No warranty
They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
3. Quotes and proposals
Prices, estimates, timelines and quotes given through the Assistant or the website are not binding. A quote becomes binding only when both parties sign a written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Assistant to send spam, unlawful, abusive or deceptive content; share personal data of others without their permission; attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer our systems; or use automated means to overload the Assistant.
5. Your data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time on our Data Deletion page.
6. Changes and suspension
We may change these Terms or suspend access to the Assistant at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
